Every day I grow more and more concerned about the ever-growing nursing shortage! It takes me back to that question I constantly ask myself, “How did we get here?” Just recently, I read an article from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga; they have an Accelerated BSN program for anyone who has a Bachelor’s degree but not in Nursing and can become a nurse in 3 semesters. So basically, and this is an example from their blog post, if you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, you can apply for this program.
